Sexual Assault Arrest in Easton
Christopher Biggins, 30, of Depot Street was arrested for sexually assaulting a juvenile.
The following is a statement from the Easton Police Department:
On Thursday evening 11/7/2013, the Easton Police Detective Division arrested an Easton man for sexually assaulting a juvenile. Following a two month long investigation, police arrested Christopher Biggins (age 30) from 120 Depot Street in Easton, Ma. Officers from the Detective and Patrol Divisions arrested Biggins at approximately 8:00pm last evening after he agreed to meet a juvenile to exchange drugs (Molly) for sexual favors.
Biggins was charged with: 1) Statutory Rape of a Child, 2) Enticing a Child Under the age of 16 and 3) Distribution of a Counterfeit Drug. Biggins was booked at the Easton police station and held overnight at the New Bedford House of Correction on $100,040 cash bail. He was scheduled for arraignment this morning at Taunton District Court.
