Slew of Break-ins Reported Friday

Residence at four separate residences reported that their house was broken into on Friday and two liquor stores reported shoplifting Wednesday. Subway reported a robbery Wednesday.

received calls Friday afternoon and evening regarding breaking and entering in four different instances at four different locations. Residences at Lincoln Street, School Street, Gary Lane and Center Street all reported breaking and entering Friday.

A resident on Lincoln reported a past breaking and entering shortly after 1 p.m. Shortly after 5 p.m., a resident on School Street reported a smashed side door. Shortly before 6 p.m., a breaking and entering instance was reported on Gary Lane and shortly before 7 p.m., an instance was reported on Center Street. All instances are under investigation.

A caller notified Easton Police Thursday of a shoplifting instance the day before at . The instance is under investigation.

Shoplifting at Independent Liquors Wednesday

At 7:25 p.m. Wednesday, the owner of on Foundry Street called Easton Police to report a group of individuals who stole 10 bottles of liquor from the store. The owner said three black men and one black female were on foot heading east on route 106. Police searched the area but were unable to locate the individuals.

Robbery at Subway Wednesday

Police received a call shortly before 9 p.m. Wednesday regarding a robbery at the Subway on Foundry Street. The clerk reported a 6-1 190 pound male with his face mostly covered held up the sub shop at knife-point and left with approximately 200-300 dollars.
