Stolen Easton Ring Found in Quincy Pawn Shop; Pembroke Man Arrested

A diamond ring stolen from a Sheridan Street home in Easton was recovered at a Quincy pawn shop where it had been purchased $1,800 after it was valued at approximately $10,000.
Easton police will be issuing a summons for the suspect, Francis X. Miller, 25, of 70 Plain St. in Pembroke. Detective Brandon Walkus and Det. Sgt. Darren Mangott were the investigators on the case.
A woman reported her brother-in-law and several friends were at her home Saturday, Aug. 3, according to the Easton Police, when one of the friends entered the room where the diamond ring was stolen from.


On Saturday August 3, 2013 a resident of Sheridan Street reported that her diamond ring, worth approx. $10,000 had been stolen.  She reported that her brother-in-law along with several friends had been at the house and that one of the friends had entered the room in which the ring was stolen from.  After an investigation by Easton Detective Brandon Walkus and Det. Sgt. Darren Mangott, the ring was recovered from a pawn shop in Quincy where it was purchased for $1,800.00

A summons will be issued for the suspect, Francis X. Miller, age 25, of 70 Plain Street Pembroke, MA.
