TD Bank Robbed for Third Time in Three Months

Easton Police are investigating the incident.

TD Bank at Roche Brother's Plaza was robbed Thursday for the third time in three months.

Police Chief Allen Krajcik said police responded to a 911 call at approximately 5:30 Thursday night reporting a bank robbery.

Krajcik said that on arrival, police learned that a black male, approximately 6 feet tall wearing a hooded sweatshirt passed a note to a teller demanding money.

An undisclosed amount of money was given to the suspect, Krajcik said, adding that the suspect fled on foot and no weapon was shown. Nobody was injured in the incident.

The incident is under investigation by Easton Sgt. Michael Fox, Krajcik said.

The same bank has been robbed twice before in recent months: once in late October and once in November. The suspect for October's bank robbery was arrested by Stoughton Police for a string of robberies in the area.
