Woman Arrested For Shoplifting, Attacking Loss Prevention Officer

A 25-year-old Raynham woman allegedly tried to steal two TVs and a vacuum before punching Target's loss prevention officer several times.

A 25-year-old Raynham woman was arrested for shoplifting and attacking a Target loss prevention officer, according to a statement from the Easton Police Department. 

Police received a call from Target at about 5 p.m. Thursday, after Korianne Patricia Gamble, 25, of Raynham allegedly tried to steal two televisions and a vaccuum cleaner. When the Target loss prevention officer confronted her, she allegedly punched him several times. Gamble was arrested for larceny over $250 and assault and battery. 

She was held on $10,000 bail and transported to the New Bedford House of Correction. On he way there, she began kicking at the window and back seat partition in and cruiser and was subdued with pepper spray. She was arraigned in Taunton District Court.
