The Houston Texans placed Easton's Brennan Williams on the injured reserve list after he suffered a knee injury in the preseason.
Williams, 6-6, 314-pounder, was drafted in third round of 2013 draft by the Texans after a standout carer at the University of North Carolina.He will be able to be taken off the list after the sixth game of the season when the Texans play at the Chiefs on Oct. 20. The injured reserve list also allows teams to keep players out for the season and retain their rites.
