Master Garcia, the founder of America's Best Defense, has been teaching martial arts for over 20 years and has three locations, in Easton, Attleboro and Raynham. There are three main programs at this center in the Easton Roche Bros plaza: Little Dragons for kids ages five through seven, Karate Kids for older children, and the Adults programs. Adults can choose between "Getting Started", self-defense or kickboxing classes.

Having personally trained here I can tell you that you will not find a better program anywhere. Sensei Tiano, Sensei Pulsone and Mr. Fong are the nicest, most sincere and personable instructors you could meet. The workouts are designed to get you into the best shape of your life while teaching you the skills you need to survive an attack. Sensei Tiano is an expert in Krav Maga (real life self defense) which includes defending against gun, stick and knife attacks. Their Kid and Teen programs are awesome at giving your child confidence, anti bullying skills and conditioning while learning focus and respect. The best part is that they are constantly bringing in top notch guest talent from around the country to teach and inspire.
