Ira Smith's Budget Truck is awful. Never rent from them. Twice this week I reserved a truck and took work off both days. First day, no truck available, second day they tried giving me a giant freight truck and not the 10 foot truck I reserved. I even confirmed the reservation both times. No customer service at all, rude as can be. I lost two vacation days and Ira Smith's Budget Truck didnt give a crap. Horrible company.
