Ellen's review is false and malicious and she is obviously a competitor of this first class spa! I will see about obtaining an IP or email to get to the bottom of that because she has clearly never even seen this place because it is one of the cleanest, best equipped, kindest spa's ive ever been to. The 2 therapists ive seen were clearly trained and gave relief for my TMJ and neck issues. I frankly cant speak towards to each or every therapist if they help men in other ways and frankly i dont really care even if some do!!! what i care about is clean, kind, safe and their ability to help me with my individual needs PERIOD! I give this spa a 4 star rating because i dont believe anyone is "perfect" in life.
