I have been going to this place since they opened and still continued going through changing of ownership. VERY particular with my nails and service. Three times strike out for me. All including my child that truly enjoyed joining me once a month when she was able for a mani/pedi. When DISHONESTY by an employee becomes an issue placing blame on ME where I've put my money into since they opened, I take it personal. Little did the salon employees realize, some of the customers in that day, my family is friendly with. I have NEVER been so embarrassed in all my life. Although Kathy (the current owner) offered to make up for her employee's arrogance, unfortunately this was the last straw that also left my child embarrassed. Dropping at least $100 a visit and ALWAYS tipping 20% there is absolutely no excuse!!!! We are now in the search for better service and the service we deserve. Dime a dozen as we are considered or not, or simply dumb American's that are talked about and laughed at in "their language", we will go where customer service comes first, not an employees crude, rude, dishonest, manhandling my child attitude. She enjoys her "girls day out", just like the rest of us. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Because here, it doesn't exist nor is it valued!
