Veterans of Foreign Wars
The Private George F. Schindler Post of the Veterans of Foreign Wars is named after the second man killed during World War I. The post's headquarters, on the corner of Allen Rd and Rockland St, features a full bar and meeting area. The VFW allows local organizations, including the Lions Club and American Legion to use it's hall for events and functions.
