Shoplifting cost us all, we pay higher prices for goods because of these idiots. They may not beRead More violent offenders but they should be off the street & this is a good way to find them. I do wish the Patch would proofread its own articles though.

The Mass Most Wanted Website focuses on showcasing criminals at large that were caught on camera orRead More video, making an accurate ID more possible. Most of the criminals featured are shoplifters and bankrobbers because it is rare for someone to get video or photos ofhe person who murdered or raped them.

whats next if you smell alcohol no sobriety test
Laura Rodriguez July 16, 2014 at 05:46 pm
I agree with this, even with alcohol just because you can smell it you can't tell if a person hasRead More only had one drink or has had several. What if someone had a drink spilled on them at a party? The smell shouldn't be the only proof to justify a search. Under the 4th amendment of the Constitution, we are protected against unlawful search and seizure. With that being said, the police should have more viable proof that a person is under the influence in order to administer a sobriety test.

I remember less than a decade ago, while my car was parked in a parking lot a few hundred yards awayRead More from where I was standing, a marblehead police officer saying he was going to go search my car and if he found even one seed from a marijuana plant he would charge me with a felony.

And as most law enforcement people know the "undocumented people" here have a perfectlyRead More clear record of whatever they did in their country. Call you local police and ask. Call State Police in Framingham and ask them as they know more than the locals. Watch this video for more! https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fair-Immigration-Framingham/271361686376986?ref_type=bookmark

You have to realize that alot of these cabs are driven by people from other countries that don'tRead More obey traffic laws and may overcharge! A 911 Bomber drove a cab in Boston. A friend of the Marathon Bombers was just arrested by FBI while working as a cab driver in Braintree! Got to keep your guard up at all times!

Pepper Spray is illegal, no ?
Jazelle LaMare June 29, 2014 at 12:13 pm
New Hampshire is the only state that supports, personel self-defense. Massachusetts, the policeRead More say, "You're on your own". Calling 911 is as effective as yelling for help! In fact yelling for help might get you a few by-standers to watch and take cell phone movies for latter.

In defense of drug abusers, nobody could listen to that electronica stuff without some kind ofRead More sedatives.
Brian F Hickman June 27, 2014 at 09:19 pm
That is a very difficult place to control at a concert. Drugs are smuggled in and the place is dark.Read More Alcohol is also available and they have SECURITY handling the inside and not enough Boston Police. Concert crowds notice that and proceed to get "Messed Up".

As stated earlier, illegal immigrants are just that - illegal. Yet, Massachusetts turns a blind eyeRead More to it. The mayor of Somerville welcomes them: http://michaelgraham.com/liberal-ma-mayor-to-illegals-ldquo-this-city-belongs-to-you-i-work-for-you-rdquo/ and Mass law states that they receive any and all public entitlement programs that are offered. But if I, the law-abiding tax payer, get caught with fireworks I get in trouble?

I think this is a violation of constitutional rights. Having a phone in your pocket is a personsRead More right. They should have to prove it was being used to be able to fire a person. It really isn't much different then driving with a case of beer in your backseat. Consider FedEx and UPS they communicate to their dispatch through scanners. You can regularly see them doing it while they drive.

Cell phones kill. MA, which is a highly regulated state, made a HUGE mistake allowing adult driversRead More to use cell phones in cars. In NYS it is strictly forbidden to be holding a cell phone while driving. Why not in MA? People are insane about their phones. The roads are hideously unsafe.

Exactly! Local police are looking for bank robbers - while the Hatii relief fund Bill Clinton wasRead More in charge of - can't find $100 MILLION, - and the Inspector General of the State Department says 'somehow' on Hillary's watch - they 'lost' $6 BILLION...

And yet another level 3 sex offender arrested (Harvard Sq. T station, 6/14/14), victimizing anRead More autistic person. This isn't going to stop. Catch, re-ajudicate, re-incarcerate. This revolving door policy costs money, not to mention the pain and suffering, and indignation (that the State allowed it to happen) of the victims.
Natalie June 15, 2014 at 10:16 am
Even if they are registered it doesn't stop them from repeating the crime. Knowing where they liveRead More doesn't stop them from walking, driving or taking a bus to bus stops malls libraries playgrounds or anywhere they can easily find more victims
Buyer Beware June 28, 2014 at 04:58 pm
Shallow-minded people will always side with the errant government against the people. Sex OffenderRead More Registrants are actually nearly the least likely to reoffend in all categories of crimes, but almost never are arrested or otherwise incarcerated for a subsequent sex related offense. Keep picking on the new nigger created in the wake of the priest sex abuse and daycare center cases from the 1980s. Stay stupid, or start researching the true facts before making statements. EVERYONE should suffer public humiliation and ridicule for every sin they have ever committed, rather than pointing out governmentally-created pariahs. Fuck yourselves, you ignorant slaves, while you maintain security that your sins aren't revealed.
