Letter to the Editor: Former Easton School Committee Member Supports Cronin

A letter to the editor in support of Claire Cronin

To the Editor: I am writing to support Claire Cronin’s candidacy for State Representative in the 11th Plymouth District. I have known Claire for many years in both a social and professional context.  We served together on the Frothingham Family Y Board where she demonstrated her ability to work harmoniously and effectively with colleagues in the achievement of common goals.  During my tenure on the School Committee, I became aware of Claire’s strong support of our underlying priority to both sustain and continuously improve educational excellence for the children of Easton.  Her active membership on the FEEE Board is one manifestation of that support.  Less apparent was her unassuming  yet committed involvement in the several schools her …

Letter to the Editor: Murphy Can Be Trusted to Improve Economy

A Letter to the Editor regarding the 11th Plymouth District State Rep race.

To the Editor: Our next State Representative must have the credentials to improve our economic outlook and grow jobs. There is only one candidate who we can trust to increase employment. That’s accountant and Selectman Dan Murphy. As an Easton based business owner I have seen the issues first hand, Mr. Murphy  is the clear choice for me! Dan is a tax accountant for small business, he understands the issues confronting and holding back the business community from creating jobs.  He will use his expertise to make a difference.  He is the only candidate with a plan. Sincerely, William Adams   If you would like to write a letter to the editor on this subject or any subject, email Patrick.Maguire@Patch.com
