The former owner of three spas in Brockton, Canton and Stoughton is under a court owner not to work at the spas. Terry Mussari, who owned Aria Day Spa on the Easton-Brockton border, will not be allowed to go near the spa after she was accused of using the business as a front for drugs and prostitution, according to Fox Boston. Terry A. Mussari, 45, of Stoughton, the owner, was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 22 after a month-long investigation by an undercover trooper, according to the state attorney general’s office. Musari pleaded not guilty in Brockton District Court and was released on $2,000 bail. The case will continue on Jan. 9. A former employee at Aria Day Spa in Brockton alleges that the Plymouth County DA’s office “wasn't interested” in hearing complaints about an alleged prostitution ring run by Terry Mussari of Stoughton.

Authorities investigate whether or not Brockton Police turned a "blind eye" to the alleged prostitution ring.
The Boston Herald reported Thursday that federal and state authorities are probing whether or not Brockton Police turned a "blind-eye" to an alleged prostitution ring at three local spas. According to the Herald, investigators are looking into whether or not police ignored a report from a worker at one of the spas. 42-year-old Terry Mussari of Stoughton, and 31-year-old Tiffany Burgess, of Raynham, were arrested last week on prostitution charges. Spas in Brockton, Canton and Norwood have been shut down following an investigation where employees allegedly engaged in prostitution and sold drugs. The owner of the three spas, Terry Mussari of Stoughton, was arraigned Monday at Brockton District Court.
A Stoughton woman was arraigned on Monday in connection with allegations of prostitution at her spas in Brockton, Canton and Norwood, according to the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Terry Mussari, 45, was arraigned in Brockton District Court on one count of deriving support from prostitution. At the arraignment she pleaded not guilty and was released on $2,000 bail, according to the Attorney General’s Office. She is due back in court on Jan. 9, 2012 for a pretrial conference.
