The local dealership was named the largest independent used auto dealer in the state and the 24th largest in the country.
Bourne's Auto Center in Easton has successfully proved that a quality, family-run, local business doesn't need to be small. In fact, it can be quite large. The locally run auto dealer on Belmont Street was recently named the 23rd largest Independent Used Car Retailer in the country by Auto Dealer Monthly after selling 1,504 cars last year. It is the most cars sold by an independent used car dealer in Massachusetts. The key to selling so many cars? A quality product and a quality experience, according to owner Jason Bourne. "I think we do the right thing," he said. "43 percent of our customer base comes to us based on repeat and referral, and that’s a strong number."
