The Bristol County Mosquito Control Project will begin taking spray requests on May 20, 2013 and will begin spraying after Memorial Day weather permitting. The State Senator yesterday issued budget amendments to the senate's Senate’s FY 2014 budget, according to a press release issued by his office. Please join us for free pickup doubles tennis in Easton!  All skill levels welcome for this regular Tuesday night meetup.com group. We play at the nicely maintained Oliver Ames High School courts, with easy free parking adjacent to the courts. Come to Sheep Pasture at 7:45 am on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month from April-August 2013 for a 30-45 minute nature walk. Bring your iPod, or just enjoy the sounds of nature as we walk through Sheep Pasture’s trails in the early morning. Not a “learning hike”, but rather an opportunity to simply start your week off to the relaxing sounds of nature during this quiet walk.
