Frank McGuinness Frank McGuinness, 81, of Foxborough, died Feb. 26, 2013. McGuinness graduated from Christopher Columbus High School, received his B.A. from Boston College and his Masters of Social Work from Catholic University, Washington, D.C. He worked in Juvenile Services for over 50 years. For the complete obituary click here. Stephen Burgess Steven Allen Burgess, 58, of Norton, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013. Steven was a 1973 graduate of Silver Lake Regional High School in Kingston. For the past nine years, Mr. Burgess was employed by The Enterprise newspaper in Brockton and was formerly employed by Edaville Railroad.
