"Wally" Fulcher, 67, a resident of Easton for the past 48 years, died Saturday, February 16, 2013 at home under the care of his family. He was the husband of the late Karen "Kay" (Lowndes) Fulcher who died September 17, 2012. Born in Brockton on August 13, 1945, a son of the late Wallace M. and Norma L. (Coit) (Reagan) Fulcher, he was raised in Brockton and was a 1964 graduate of Brockton High School.
