Easton Officials Finalize Wastewater Management Plan
The town hopes a comprehensive wastewater management plan will service the town by 2019.
Representatives from the consulting group Woodard and Curran met with selectmen last week to discuss the town's Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan, which was recently finalized. "This is something we’re required to do to determine how we’re going to treat our wastewater," Board of Selectmen chair Colleen Corona explained. The plan highlights five "Tier 1" areas in Easton: Easton Center, North Easton Village, Five Corners, Turnpike Street and the Easton Industrial Park. Solutions were posed for wastewater flow in-town and out-of-town.
