Friday 3 p.m. Here is tonight's forecast from the National Weather Service: Snow showers likely, mainly before 9pm. Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 27. Snow to Hit Easton Thursday

A winter storm is coming this way.

Get ready for some more snow. The National Weather Service is prediciting that Easton could recieve up to 3-5 inches tomorrow and into Friday. The service issued a hazardous weather outlook and winter storm watch as a result. The snow will be mixed with rain and give way to a sunny weekend when the storm leaves on Friday afternoon. "Tomorrow and into early Friday morning will be the brunt of the storm but I have to tell you---it won't behave like a classic winter storm where we get slammed with snow for 6-8 hours then we're done," WHDH's Jeremy Reiner wrote in his weather blog. Blizzard Watch Issued in Easton

The National Weather Service is warning Easton residents of high winds and high snow totals.

The National Weather Service issued a blizzard watch for Easton and the surrounding area from Friday morning through Saturday afternoon. According to the National Weather Service, a blizzard watch means: A blizzard watch means there is a potential for considerable falling and/or blowing snow with sustained winds or frequent gusts over 35 mph and visibilities below 1/4 mile for at least three hours. White out conditions will be possible..making travel very dangerous. Be prepared to alter an travel plans. The Weather Service is predicting that it will begin snowing after 10 a.m. Friday. Gusts of wind could reach as high as 33 mph in the Shovel Town by Friday evening. Channel 7's Pete Bouchard is predicting 16-25 inches in and around Easton. …
