Watch: Boston Marathon Runner from Easton Delivers Inspiring Speech Prior to Stoughton Road Race Prior to the start of the 5 School 5K road race, held April 27 at the Stoughton YMCA, Bobby O'Donnell III, son of Stoughton Fire Department Captain Bob O'Donnell and Easton resident, addressed the crowd of runners and spectators, delivering an inspirational speech before the field of nearly 200 participants was set to begin the 3.1-mile course. O'Donnell, 19, a 2012 graduate of Oliver Ames, and a freshman at St. Anslem College, was one of many runners stopped short of finishing the Boston Marathon on April 15 of this year due to the terrorist bombings. One was a white male wearing a red shirt and jeans. The other was a black male wearing a dark colored jacket. The two males proceeded to the front display case and placed approximately 20 assorted bra's ($55.00 a piece) into a Eastern Mountain Sports bag and then left the store without paying. Foxborough Boys' Basketbal Upsets Oliver Ames

Josh Patkin led the Warriors with 20 points while Jeff McPherson had 12 points.

After winning by 15 in their initial meeting, no one could be blamed for considering Oliver Ames the favorite in the rematch against Foxborough. Yet this time around the Foxborough team from almost four weeks ago was no where to be seen. “I said before the game bring it tonight and battle and if you bring it you’re gonna put yourself in a great position,” Foxborough head coach CJ Neely said. Upsetting one of the area’s better teams, the Warriors surprised the Oliver Ames Tigers with a 55-49 win on Senior Night.  A 10 point opening quarter from Jeff McPherson (12 points) helped the Warriors gain an 11 point lead after the first quarter.
