ReplyIs the state, city, town etc. unemployment rates calculated the same way as the Federal Gvm't calculates unemployment rates? Those who gave up looking for work are no longer counted as unemployed? However it’s counted, not pretty.

ReplyObviously, Coddling doesn’t work. I wish Muslims would speak out against the violence and hatred Muslim terrorists invoke on freedom loving countries. There is no reason for such hatred and it's been going on since the beginning of time.
However I guess they see some people sympathizing with them, blaming us and that gives them an opening. -

But where does it stop? It dosn't. The Gvm't can't even run a registry of motor vehicles but they want to legislate how our children are raised. Another question is, is this political grandstanding?

It may also be helpful to call a terrorist a terrorist. For instance, Hassan. The Ft. Hood terrorist shooter, is being paid his military salary while in jail, getting free legal defense and had his medical bills paid. In the meantime, the Gvm't (for some bizzare reason) chose to call this work place violence instead of what it was (a terrorist attack) the victims are responsible for thier own medical bills and not able to use military resourses. So no Carol, we can't allow this violence to continue.
