<b>Brian M. Hoffman</b> is the President and Principal Partner at <b>Aidan Herman Partners, Inc.</b>, a professionsl staffing firm providing permanent, full-time recruitment and placement of experienced Information Technology professionals.<br><br>A former Partner and Managing Partner with Winter, Wyman &amp; Company of Waltham, Massachusetts, as well as a former human resources manager in consumer electronics,  manufacturing and academic healthcare, Brian brings to clients more than 37 years of experience in recruitment, business partnership and client services in Information Systems and Technologies.  <br><br>His expertise in recruiting for IT professionals covers a wide range of industries and corporate profiles, including: banking, biotech / pharma / medical products, construction, consumer products, consulting services, direct marketing/data management, electronics &amp; general manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality &amp; travel, insurance, investments &amp; financial services, professional services, public accounting, publishing, real estate, retail and telecommunications.<br><br>A veteran of the United States Navy, Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree, <i>magna cum laude</i>, from Stonehill College where for 13 years he was a member of the adjunct faculty for their Certification Program in Human Resource Management, and for 3 years chaired the curriculum and faculty committee for that program.  He remains active in alumni and student programs at the college and has served on the Executive Board of the Alumni Council and as the Chair of its Career Services Committee.  <br><br>Brian has also lectured and presented programs and seminars on recruiting, career development, professional networking and personnel practices at Babson College, Bentley College, Boston College, Brandeis University, Brown University, Bryant College, Holy Cross College, Merrimack College, Northeastern University, Providence College, Radcliffe College, the University of Massachusetts, the University of Rhode Island and Worcester Polytechnic Institute as well as for numerous business and professional associations and groups.<br><br>Brian has been an active member of the Boston chapter of the Society for Information Management, and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Bay State Chapter of the Association for Systems Management.  He served for four years on the Executive Board of the United States Naval Academy Club of Greater Boston and is a former member of the Electronics Industries Personnel Association and the American Society of Personnel Directors.  He also served as a member of the Human Resources Board for the Town of Easton.
