ReplyI'm generally not overly picky, but doesn't accompanying photograph depict cherries, not cranberries?

ReplyThank you for describing the attributes of true winners and for the hope you express that your children and others will go forward with HOPE & courage after this horrific act of cowardice. My thoughts and prayers are with ALL those wounded, those who had a loved one die, and those who are otherwise affected.

ReplyI'd very much like to see architectural and/or decorator renderings of what several differing sizes of apartments will look like when completed...and perhaps a video 'walkabout' of the entire project from time to time.

ReplyI listened to the conversation between Mr. Bill Ames and Ms. Uma Hiremath that was posted on http://www.eastonmass.com/forum/ under the topic Library. It gave additional details as to some of the proposed usages of Queset House as a Creative Commons . Sounds so ideal for the town, the area and for the historical building.

ReplyMr. Ed Hand,
I thoroughly enjoyed your thoughtful, historical account of this lovely building and all the faithful that have tended it from its beginnings to now. Thank you! -

ReplyAye, and Mr. Donnelly is perhaps one of only a few remaining, true, Irish, Yankee curmudgeons! :o)

ReplyOn what date, at what time and in which building on campus will Mr. Griffin be speaking? Is this open to the public? Should one have a reservation to attend, and if yes, how does one make a reservation? And finally, is there a fee to attend?

ReplyFascinating to read bits of information about names I still recognize from 'long ago.' Some of the spellings may be a tad off, and a few names might actually be ancestors.

ReplyMr. Hands, thanks so much for sharing your researched information. It's genealogical history for many of Easton Patch's readers, including me, and it is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the confirmation. Sometimes of late, I am afraid I am becoming one of the infamous 'sheeple'...believing something simply because it appears in print! Egads, now Washington state will take offense that MA confused cranberries with cherries, and they, too, will want MORE government subsidies for their cherry crops! Slippery slopes? But that's yet another blog topic! :o)
