Olde Tyme Field Day at the Ames Free Library Campus!

Join us for an Olde Tyme Field Day at the Ames Free Library on Saturday, June 21 from 12-5:30.  From 12-5:30, enjoy great family activities, including a fabulous 9 hole mini golf course in Queset Garden, family bocce (with sets for the little ones!), a Jumpy House, Face Painting, Hula Hoops, Relay races, Carnival Games with prizes, Music on the Stage, Bubble Table, a giant Friends of the Library Book Sale, Crafts, free Yasso frozen yogurt bars, sandwiches, treats and Simpson Spring beverages for sale, and Much More!

At 6:00 p.m., get ready for Part 2 of our Field Day!  Enjoy the longest day of the year: Tania DaSilva and her musicians will sing Portuguese Fado music, while guests will be able to cook their own steak tips over a traditional Portuguese open fire.  Cash Bar available!

Tickets will be available at the entrance:
$5.00 per person or $20.00 for a family over 4 for the Daytime fun (Red wristbands);
$15.00 per person or $40.00 for a family over 4 for both the Day and the Night or just the Evening alone (Yellow wristbands)
